If you visit our site or download information on our web pages such as checking or savings account information, we collect the following about you:

  • Pages you may have visited on our site
  • Internet address of the website from where you came to visit our website

If you believe you may be a victim of identity theft:

  • Contact us immediately at the telephone number on your account statement.
  • Report the incident as quickly as possible to the major credit reporting agencies:

  • File a police report in your local jurisdictions and retain the report number and name of the investigating officer

E-Mail

We save your e-mail address as well as our response so that we can properly address any follow-up questions you may have. We also do this to meet legal and regulatory requirements. If you contact EVB through regular email, it is not a secure environment. E-mail should not be used to communicate personal private information. Any assistance needed that requires you to disclose secure information, please call your local EVB Branch.
