EVB offers our customers a full range of additional services, from modern conveniences such as direct deposit and online banking, to customary bank services like safe deposit boxes and cashier's checks. This page provides more information about our services for commercial banking, including our fee schedule.

*(Domestic wire transfers and stop payment orders are $5 per occurrence. ACH items are $0.10 per item. Foreign wire transfers are $40 per occurrence. Account research requests are billed a $25 hourly fee.)

Remote Deposit

Using our  E•Z•REMOTE DEPOSIT service, you can enjoy the convenience of making deposits electronically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The E•Z•REMOTE DEPOSIT service utilizes a desktop scanner that connects to your PC and the Internet. With it, you can scan checks received from your customers and make deposits electronically to EVB. It's the quickest way to turn check deposits into cash.

 

E•Z•REMOTE DEPOSIT offers multiple layers of security including password protection, Internet firewalls and 128-bit encryption, the highest level of security available.

Telephone Banking

Our E•Z• ACCESS telephone banking service allows you to bank 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply dial 1-800-789-6097 on a touch-tone telephone to check balances, transfer funds, review account activity, and more.

 

24-Hour Banking

EVB's Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) allow you to make deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, and transfers any time using your EVB Visa Check Card. ATMs are located at most EVB branch locations. See the branch directory at the end of this guide for more information. Our ATMs are linked to Cirrus, Exchange, Honor, and Star networks, providing access to more than 240,000 ATMs worldwide.

 

Bank-By-Mail

Don't have time or are unable to visit the bank during regular business hours? EVB allows you to handle deposits for all of your accounts by mail.

 

Direct Deposit

You may choose to have any recurring check, such as Social Security checks or paychecks, deposited directly to your EVB checking or savings account. Once the arrangements are made, the check is deposited automatically-even if you're out of town.

 

Notary Public

EVB customers can receive notary services at no charge at any EVB branch location.

 

Safe Deposit Box

Safe deposit boxes are available in a variety of sizes to provide "worry-free" protection of your valuable papers and property. Discounts apply to Advantage Checking customers. Safe deposit boxes are subject to availability.

 

Cashier's Checks

Cashier's checks are available for paying bills or for making other payments. The fee to EVB customers is $6 per check; however, Advantage Checking customers pay no fee for this service.

 

Automatic Savings

An automatic authorized transfer from your checking account to your savings account can be arranged to establish a savings program at EVB. Please ask a customer service representative for more information about this free program.

 

Night Depository

Each EVB branch location offers a night depository for our customers' convenience. The night depository is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
