AFFORDABLE HOUSING - FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS PROGRAM
EVB is building stronger communities with a first-time home buyer program.

A major challenge to any potential homeowner is the ability to accumulate enough savings for a down payment and closing costs. For low-income families, the ability to save enough funds may seem insurmountable. That's why EVB teamed up with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and can offer matching funds for down payment and closing cost for first-time homebuyers.

EVB has helped many families in the community realize the dream of homeownership. Find out if you qualify for up to $10,000 in matching funds for your first home purchase. For more information click here.
